By opting in to or using a Text Message Service (as defined below) provided by Aurora Northcraft LLC, you accept these Text Messaging Terms of Use.

Definitions

By consenting to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Text Messaging Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, which are incorporated into this agreement by reference.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Electronic Record Disclosure
By agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to the use of an electronic record to document your agreement. You may withdraw your consent to receive text messages by replying STOP.
Text Message Service Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. We use information you provide through the Text Message Service only to transmit mobile messages and respond to you. This may include sharing information with platform providers, wireless carriers, and other vendors that assist us in delivering mobile messages.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with vendors that help us operate the Text Message Service or as required by law.
We reserve the right to disclose information when necessary to comply with a law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; avoid liability; or protect our rights or property.
This Text Message Service Privacy Policy applies specifically to your use of the Text Message Service. It does not replace or modify our general Privacy Policy, which may govern your relationship with us in other contexts.
Message and Data Charges
Aurora Northcraft LLC does not charge you for messages sent or received through the Text Message Service. However, message and data rates may apply. Depending on your wireless service plan, your wireless carrier or another applicable provider may charge you for sending or receiving text messages.
Message Frequency
The Text Message Service is intended primarily for conversational, person-to-person communication between you and Aurora Northcraft LLC employees.
We may send you an initial message providing information about the service. After that, message frequency will vary depending on your interactions with us and the services you request.

Opting Out of Text Messages
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may also use another supported opt-out keyword, including QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE.
Because this is a person-to-person communication service, an opt-out request may apply specifically to the conversation and phone number from which the messages are being sent. After you unsubscribe, we may send one final text message confirming your opt-out request.
